These will be daily tasks that will address physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your life. Tasks will include creating boundaries, timed exercises, self-care routines and quiet time moments that are strictly for you to enjoy and grow from.
To learn to journal in a way that fits your personality, mindset, thought process and goals to reveal the true inner private person to move past blocks and repressed feelings that prevent you from being the best version of yourself.
